American singer-songwriter Meghan Elizabeth Trainor was born on December 22, 1993, and she is well-known on television. After releasing her breakthrough single “All About That Bass,” which peaked at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 list and sold 11 million copies globally, she became well-known after joining Epic Records in 2014. With the company, Trainor has put out five studio albums and won numerous awards, including the 2016 Grammy for Best New Artist.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

On December 22, 1993, Meghan Elizabeth Trainor was born in Nantucket, Massachusetts. She is the daughter of jewellers Gary Trainor and Kelli (née Jekanowski).She has a younger brother, Justin, and an older brother, Ryan.At the age of six, she started singing in a Methodist church alongside her father, an organist and music instructor.

When Trainor was in the seventh grade, she and her family moved from Nantucket to Orleans, Massachusetts, then North Eastham. She studied guitar, trumpet, and singing in a jazz band for three years while attending Nauset Regional High School. She also filled in as a replacement cheerleader at that school.Trainor’s parents encouraged her to go to songwriting conventions when she was a teenager, bringing her to places where production firms were looking for up-and-coming musicians and composers.

When she was fifteen, she studied guitar with Johnny Spampinato, a former member of NRBQ.Trainor recorded and produced her tunes during this time using Logic Studio, and she eventually worked on her own in a home studio her parents had built.

CAREER

On December 25, 2009, Meghan Trainor’s debut album was made available. On April 16, 2010, Trainor released the song “Take Care of Our Soldiers, with all sales going to Cape Cod Cares for Our Troops and the United Service Organisations (USO).Trainor’s acoustic albums I’ll Sing with You and Only 17 were released the following year.

“All About That Bass” was co-written by Kadish and Trainor in November 2013.Trainor’s insecurities over gazing at her own photos and her struggle to embrace her appearance served as the inspiration for the song.The doo-wop song was rejected by every record label that the pair submitted it to because it wasn’t “synth-y, pop-y” enough.

June 30, 2014: “All About That Bass”.The music video for the song went viral, it peaked at number one in 58 countries, and it sold 11 million copies globally.The Recording Industry Association of America certified it diamond when it topped the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks in a row (RIAA)

In the lead-up to the January 9, 2015, release of her major-label debut studio album Title, which replaced her EP of the same name on the iTunes Store, Trainor’s three self-released albums were taken off the market.It got an average score of 59 based on 13 reviews at Metacritic, which gives reviews from mainstream critics a weighted average score out of 100, signifying “mixed or average reviews”.The album received a triple platinum certification from the RIAA after debuting at number one on the US Billboard 200.

The release date of Thank You was May 6, 2016.The album debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200, garnering a Metacritic score of 60 based on 10 reviews. Despite receiving mixed reviews, it was certified platinum in the US for sales exceeding one million copies.Trainor’s Untouchable Tour, which featured Common Kings and Hailee Steinfeld as opening performers, began in July 2016

August 31, 2018, was the planned release date for Trainor’s third major-label studio album, Treat Myself, but it was postponed because she wanted to compose and record more songs for it.Released in March 2018, the lead single “No Excuses” reached its highest position on the Billboard Hot 100 at number.Two months later, the singles “Let You Be Right” and “Can’t Dance” were released.

Trainor released the lead single off her fifth studio album, “Bad for Me,” featuring Teddy Swims, on June 21, 2022. The album was released on June 24, 2022.She disclosed the album cover and title, Takin’ It Back, the day before it was released; it was made available on October 21, 2022.Australia’s Seven Network revealed on September 28, 2022, that Trainor will judge Australian Idol in 2023.As the second single off the album, “Made You Look” debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart and became her first top-10 hit since “Marvin Gaye”.The song hit number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked among the top five in other countries, including Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland

Dear Future Mama, Trainor’s debut book, was published on April 25th, 2023.The music video for Kris Jenner’s track “Mother” (2023) from Takin’ It Back’s deluxe edition included her.That year, Trainor collaborated with a number of different artists, releasing three songs: “Mr Right” with English singer Mae Stephens in August, “Alright” with Australian singer Sam Fischer in June, and “Chicken Little” with American singer Spencer Sutherland in July.

At a Los Angeles house party in 2014, Trainor got to know actor Daryl Sabara. They started dating in July 2016.On December 22, 2017, the couple announced their engagement. On Trainor’s 25th birthday, a year later, they were married.Trainor revealed that she and Sabara were having their first child together on The Today Show on October 7, 2020. Later that month, on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she revealed that she was expecting a boy.Her son, born on February 8, 2021, was born. Trainor revealed she and Sabara were expecting their second child together on January 30, 2023 . She later revealed her pregnancy for a boy on The Kelly Clarkson Show in April 2023.
