ROCK OUT WITH ROSETTA WEST’S NEW VIDEO “DORA LEE (GRAVITY)”

No Comments Music Videos

Greetings dearest gentle reader and music lovers, let’s welcome US artist Rosetta West back to our blog. Illinois-based Rosetta West is a blues rock group. World folk music and psychedelic influences are common in their songs, and their lyrical themes typically delve into spirituality and mysticism. I have had the pleasure to review some of their music, like their album “Night’s Cross” and their two singles “Snake 25”, “Circle of Doubt” and the music video of “Circle of Doubt”. On 26th May, they released a song called “Dora Lee (gravity)Let’s talk more about the song and its music video

The song opens with this head-banging mix of rock-infused instrumentation. The video, on the other hand, the video begins with a man dressed like an army commander signaling to people behind him to start moving

The weird video appears to show a malevolent tank commander smitten by supernatural feminine visitors such as Ishtar, Hecate, Kali, and many others. The song moves shot by shot of the army commander and the goddesses. The video shows the army commander rocking out during the guitar solo. The rest of the video is a series of shots that show the army commander and these idols/goddesses

The music is powerful blues rock, and the atmosphere remains intense throughout. Rosetta West has been active since the 1990s, and their blues rock music typically incorporates elements of psychedelia and global folk music. Their lyrical themes frequently go into mysticism and spirituality

All I can say is that Rosetta West knows how to party!!! They always bring the heat, regardless of the type of music they release. I love their kookiness and I fall more in love with them after every single release. I await more music from this band, I am so ready to party, bring it on Rosetta West!!!
