Hello everyone, new readers, old readers, and music lovers Let’s all welcome German artist The Cumberland River Project back to our blog. The Cumberland River Project is an amazing band made up of songwriter Frank Renfordt. His songs “On a Nashville Night” and “Liquor” were unforgettable music experiences you won’t trade for anything else. He’s back and he brought to us his latest release, the song released on 11th April is called “Bitcoin and Tesla shares”. Let’s dive into the details
The country-infused song opens with gentle and dreamt guitar riffs that are so captivating
It is a heartfelt modern country song with a very topical reference that shows us what is important like marriage, family, and happiness (”enjoying the smile of your newborn child”). Not the big money, but growing ourselves, giving and receiving love, and simply accepting and enjoying life and the little moments of happiness
The song was Written and produced by Frank Renfordt. It features Easton Driver on vocals, Andrew Timothy on guitars, Simon Röll on drums, Aaron Fabbrini on pedal steel, and, Frank Renfordt on bass guitar. All these musicians put their hearts and left a piece of their soul and love into this song which is evident in its structure and musical impact
This song is a reminder that there are other joys in life, aside, from material gains which most of us focus on nowadays. We appreciate the band for this reminder and even after the song has ended, its message still lingers on, evidence of the talent and star quality of the band. I await more musical projects from the band
