Darien was nurtured with a strong gospel legacy passed down from his grandfather, the late Pastor Willie F. Brooks, and was taught the power of both the Word and worship. He was born in Milwaukee and now lives in Atlanta. Darien feels most alive via music, utilizing every lyric and melody to bring people to the only source of hope, healing, and strength which is God.
Wow! What an inspirational song! I was really touched physically and spiritually. I also have been reminded that all I need to do when in trouble, is actually very simple, I need to trust in the one true God and his son Jesus Christ of Nazareth. My faith has been renewed and I appreciate Brooks for this. Believer or not, this song will speak to you and bring you out of dark days. The song was beautiful, impactful, and a very lovely reminder. I simply cannot wait to hear more music from Brooks
