Hello to all my lovely readers and music fans worldwide. Please help me welcome US artist KELSIE KIMBERLIN. I would love to introduce you all to this wonderful artist. She has made many songs like “Cosmopolitan Girl”, “road trip”, “Spoof Wonder”, Road trip”, “Walking Away”, and “Sally”. These songs are songs that are on my playlist and songs that I play often because of how incredible they are. On 1st August, she returns to us with yet another song called “infinite possibilities. Let’s talk more about it
The song opens with such a beautiful melody that has stringed music incorporated in it. It is intricate and delicate and it instantly soothes you and calms your soul
Let us walk you through the meaning of the song. Despite being autobiographical, the song is intended for anyone who embarks on a new chapter in their lives, free of the constraints of the past. The talks about how When we set ourselves free, we will find our destiny. It encourages us to break free of our past and be reborn. Breaking free could mean several different things like moving, changing your appearance, or leaving a bad relationship. The options are endless, we just have to be bold enough to take that risk, and this song is or could be the gentle nudge you needed to die and rise from the ashes like a Phoenix
Let’s talk about the production of this song. Kelsie and her father perform a duet while playing their Larrivee acoustic guitars. Also, the song features a string quartet that elevated the song so much. Kelsie sang so beautifully and the mouth percussion was just the perfect icing on an already perfect cake
For listeners who want to see the video, you are in for such a good time. The video was shot with Kelsie and her father sitting around a firepit to represent how life’s most significant lessons are seared by fire and how we must occasionally burn the weight of the past in order to go forward.” Kelsie talked about her life to further connect with us. She grew up, sheltered, taught the lessons of life, and told that one day she would spread her wings into a world of infinite possibilities. So this song and video are about all of it from the perspective of herself and her father. The cover art also shows a picture of a girl in the middle of a dark side and a lit-up side, showing us that we have several options at our disposal in life, further cementing the message in the song
This isn’t just a song to Kelsie, She has been making music since she can remember, and this song celebrates that musical kinship and the fulfillment of her goals. Through this song, we get to see the bond that Kelsie has with her father and how it has affected her career. Kelsie is taking over the world and we are grateful to have a front row seat to this wonderful experience
