Greetings to all my lovely readers and music fans. Let’s welcome GIÚ. Giù, from Embrun, France, is a musician with a distinct vision and strong attachment to his craft. His new song and video, “Neandertal,” was published on June 19th. Let’s talk more about it.
The song opens with a lively melody that listeners will love completely. It explores the story of the last Neandertal man, which is often untold. The Neandertal man disappeared 40000 years ago. We’re not sure why, and Gúi wanted to tell everyone about the amazing narrative of the last of them. Another crucial truth. We have 2% of his DNA, hence he is in us and thus, Neandertal is still on Earth. The video follows a Neanderthal as he goes about his day. We get to see how this person lives. He shows his cave, where he has a fire going to keep him warm. Later in the video, we see the guitarist in the top left. The rest of the video is different shots of this Neanderthal in his element as he shows how he’s the last of his kind.
Giù’s music draws inspiration from Elton John, Kansas Band, and Serge Gainsbourg, while also reflecting on the terrible story of an ancient humanoid species. The song and video which was recorded not far from Giù’s house, features demonstrates his painstaking craftsmanship and commitment to his craft. The recording process was a labour of love, with each song displaying the hallmarks of a great artist.
“Neanderthal ” stands out not only for its captivating plot, but also for the raw passion and musical prowess on display throughout. The song is in French but, make no mistake, you can feel the vibes alone and enjoy the song. As Giù prepares for his forthcoming musical endeavours, including the publication of another album later this year, his dedication to his talent and storytelling shows through, establishing him as a prominent player in the music industry.
