The album’s title track is called “Firenight”. The song starts with a pulsating synth sound that is extremely mesmerizing. The song describes what a child of a mixture of the sun and sky will be called and its power(”remix the sun and sky, beyond the day’s light, spawn’s a firefight”). The vocals are soft and beautiful and it suits the beat in the best possible way there is an electronica beat solo that is very captivating his very mystical song paves the way for the other songs on the album
“Diamond League” is the next song on the album. The opening of this song is a tad slower than the previous song. The singing is very ethereal and the instrumentation is just out of the world beautiful
Next is the song” Slow”. The song starts with slow guitar strums. This song is a slow and sultry song that is perfect for setting the mood with your partner during relations(” Under my skin, in slow motion”). The song is meant to be seductive and sexy and it is performed in that same vein that would enthrall you
“Traffic” is the title of the next song on the album. The song starts with a funky and amazing bass and drum beat. In the song, the persona likens his life to a speeding car. The message for listeners is that no matter what happens in life, we need to keep moving(”keep on moving”). The song’s message is very empowering and uplifting. The saxophone sounds incorporated into the song give it a real jazz vibe
Next is the song “A love revival”. The song opens with slow and sweet piano sounds. The song is about a character who is telling her partner that she is ready to accept all the love he’s offering and that he completes her and needs him to be able to survive (”for my survival, a love revival”). The song has jazz influences and it elevates the song so much
“Nothing to lose” is the next song on the album. The song is upbeat, right from the start. The song describes a character who is telling Her lover that she loves their intimate moments but she needs to heal for not loving herself take her power back and be ready to fight because she has nothing to lose (”cause we’re taking our power back”). The song speaks strongly about liberation and it is very refreshing to hear more about this in a musical and lighthearted way. The subdued saxophone sounds scattered throughout the song are very exciting
Next is a song called “Knots”. The opening of this song is a synth sound that keeps building and building crazy melodies. The character in the song seems to be telling her partner how bad her state of mind is, and how the previous relationship had made her feel invisible and feel like she wasn’t real. She asks her current lover to be patient with her as she heals and unties all the knots from her previous relationship. The vocal performance is very soft and the instrumentation is glacial these elements make this song a legendary one
“Blurred vision” is the song that is up next. The song is incredibly captivating right from the very beginning. The song encourages listeners to take for themselves, allow themselves to be broken, and go through the first to come out stronger and better than before(”sink into the invisible, and come out invincible”). The song has a strong and irresistible allure in the form of the vocal performance, lyrics, and instrumentation
The song that follows is titled “Don’t Feed the Demon”. The song opens with a short synth intro that buzzes from ear to ear and then the vocal performance begins. The song describes a very toxic relationship where the woman states bluntly that entertaining this person any further is just like affecting her mental health and feeding her inner demons(”I can’t feed the demons inside my head”). The song discusses how toxic relationships can affect one’s well-being. The vocal performance is crisp, flawless and so is the arrangement of the instruments
“Revolutions” is the title of the next song on the album. The opening of this song is a throbbing synth-like sound. The song is about people who are very invested in rebuilding and changing the status quo (”repairing, rebuilding, revolutionaries and they are scared”) According to the song, people like this scare people who want things to always stay the same which is so so right and there so many examples of this across the histories all over the world. The mouth percussions were heavenly and breathtaking and you will fall in love with the song
Next is the song resolutions. The song starts with a sharp and bright piano sound and a very nice drum thrum. The character in The song tells her lover that he belongs with her(”here with me, I am your answer”). The song’s tempo builds later in the song and it becomes this track becomes a foot Tapping song that will delight you entirely
The last song on the album is “The Affirmation Journey”. The song’s opening is these emotive and heartfelt piano sounds. This performance was so good that it brought tears to my eyes. It’s been so long since I was moved by instrumental music and believe me when I say I would have bawled my eyes out if I hadn’t stopped myself. The song meant nothing and everything at the same time. This powerful track ended the album and I was still emotional long after the song ended
The themes of Moon and Aries’ songs are the manifestation of all ideas and our waking to them.
