The song is based on a personal story. This song came to the artist when she fell sick. In that harrowing time, she decided to be in a happy state, a state where she’s lucky to be alive, lucky to wake up and now understands why life is a gift (”high on life, I’m on the feel-good feel good, vibes, it feels so good to be alive”). She sounds happy and just really grateful to be alive
Synths, pads, and arpeggios are added for that extra kick and dance feel. When the hook starts, the track begins to soar, making us start tapping our feet. The second chorus then delivers the catchy part that sticks in one’s head. Now the second verse is structured as the prior; however, you have a wonderful, cool surprise during the breakdown where TaniA delivers a short rap part. Nobody will see this coming, and it shows off her abilities to be innovative and diverse as an artist. The hook and choruses are doubled in the second half, so there’s time to get your party on.
