The band first grabbed our attention through the unstoppable beats in “Give Me. Give Me. Give Me, I want it all” and the song has been more than just a favorite ever since. Now, “#Stop Running,” the latest single from Deptford Sound Collective, comes on May 1st to bring back a breath of fresh air. The new song contrasts the frenzied atmosphere of its predecessors with a hauntingly beautiful presence and evokes that certain magic of a city after nightfall. In all honesty, there’s an irresistible magnetism in their growth and evolution that has me eager to explore further and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Before you know it, you’re drawn into the instrumental and then suddenly the vocals take over and the experience becomes even more mesmerizing than before. Not only does the vocalist perform alongside the instrumental music, but rather, he controls it and captures your attention entirely.

Essentially, the message is simple and strong, a request to stop running away from wrongdoing and take the positive route through love, camaraderie, and resistance.
