Growing up during the time Hip-Hop was recording its golden era gospel, he has spent every single Friday and Saturday night listening to the great radio shows such as The Kool DJ Red Alert Show and Marley Marl’s mixes on 107. 5 WBLS, which is not just a preface to him but rather his ancestry, musical heritage of rhythmic poetry along with a perfect sense of beats, which have been infused in his genes. With the release of his mesmerizing four-track EP “Hustlers Haven 2. 0 – Legacy Edition [Ace The Beat God remix],” released on 4th September, he is not only giving back to his heritage but is also trying to recreate it, and believe me when I say this: that is one musical experience that needs to be heard to understand its depth.
The project opens with a sharp, vinyl-crackle intake of breath and a solitary, echoing snare hit that reverberates through the mix for a full second before dropping straight into a heavy, subterranean bassline and a deliberate mid-tempo drum break, immediately setting the tone for “Real Talk (2026 Remix)”. Lyrically, this track serves as an unflinching dissection of survival, stripping away any glamorous illusions of street life to expose the raw, bruising reality underneath.
