The former hip-hop flames confirmed that they are giving their relationship a second chance. The couple dated for over a decade after meeting in 2003 at the Grammy Awards before ultimately parting ways.

While attending the 2023 VMAs, Ashanti caused a stir when she stepped on the red carpet and seemed to confirm rumours of her connection with the rapper. Ahead of the awards ceremony, the “Rain On Me” singer wore a sheer, dazzling gown with an exposed, emerald-beaded bustier. She brought a purse with a vintage photo of her and Nelly to complete the ensemble.
