Greg Jung, a producer and composer, began Dawn Chorus in 2015 as a side project because he was interested in the culture of electronic music. Greg has gone through multiple protracted periods of writer’s block, self-doubt, and musical hiatuses. However, Greg is turning the attention to new opportunities being created and a freshly discovered truth for the producer with the release of the debut EP, “Parallel Realities.” The six songs on the EP incorporate elements of the deep house, breakbeat, ambient downtempo, indie, and techno genres in every single one. The EP is thrilling, laid-back, contemporary, and upbeat, and the music is meant to be listened to as well as danced to. Producer and composer Daniel Merrill’s work, A Path Untold, offered inspiration for this EP

It was the artist’s hope that he would receive press attention for this EP would be very meaningful to me since it would allow him to reach a new audience and provide them with background information and insight into his identity as an artist.
