Through the experimental spirit of German Electronica, bands like Neu!, Cluster, Harmonia, Brian Eno, David Bowie, and Suicide, Beckmann taps pre-war blues heroes like Lead Belly, Blind Willie Johnson, Charley Patton, and Robert Johnson. The project’s upcoming first EP was created last year and involves collaborations with renowned guitarist Gary Lucas. It was produced by David Sisko.
